...Making Wedding Flowers
Ok, I'm making a wedding cake for my niece and I want to keep flowers chocolate it.Would i use or what? You can make what is known as Chocolate plastic, a mixture of melted chocolate and corn syrup is kneaded and allowed to cure for a while. If I were you, I'd get a book on how to Wilton from and maybe even scan the shelves for baking in the bookstore or library. I have made wedding cakes for years (I am a Pastry Chef), and isn't a beginner project. I trained for stacking cakes (if you go to the pile of wedding cake), and the practice of decorating that you are familiar with all facets of making a wedding cake.
